Once again, don't expect whats profitable for Big Food to have yr interest in mind. the high profit,slave labor,propagandized,intense input, monocroped product is ,like it's sister industry, the orange, way overrated and way over Sugared.
Berries, apples and veges are more nutrient/antiox rich, lower glycemic impact, and homegrown.
there were, not too long ago, 100,000+ varieties of bananas in India, only a few hundred have survived, thanks to backyard gardens like us.
