You know it is all about habit. If you cut up a few veggies every night and store them, make stock on one weekend of the month and freeze it into pint or quart sizes, along with pint size servings of meat..30 minutes you can have a meal..the time it takes to cook a starch.
Get a 3 qt crockpot for under $20 bucks and it will cook for you on low all day and be ready when you get home! I do hope you are bringing your lunch to work.
Good luck
Cindy
