We're not wholesaling at all tho there are upscale eateries that would buy
fresh basil in a heartbeat. We are growing basil among the tomatoes, and we
sprinkle basil flowers on the tomato display at market. I think the
fragrance is addictive. People often say they didn't know you can use the
flowers same as the leaves. It's the large leaf Italian variety.
