When the day comes and people can't afford to pay, they'll either learn how
or do without. Food growing is somewhat unique. You usually know right away
if you haven't fixed your car properly. With growing you may not find out
you did it wrong until months later when crops fail for any number of
reasons. So without coaching or research it can take years to hit on what
works, if ever. People need to start now and get all the help they can
find. At best we face a long learning curve. I certainly did. If we wait
till we start seeing shortages or food priced over our budget, it'll be too
late to start learning and developing all the skills it takes.
