Can anyone help me find an article on artisanal economics written by Allan
Nation in the Apr 2004 issue of Stockman Grass Farmer?
Apparently, he puts down some good words about what we're trying to do with
local production.

Subject: artisanal economics The article you referenced was in our April 2004
issue. We are sold out of this issue and we do not have a copy of the
article. Allan does talk about artisanal economics in his book "Grassfed
to Finish". In one particular area he compares the artisanal model to the
industrial model. Sorry that we can not offer you the article as written
in 2004, but you may be able to find what you are looking for in Allan's
book. Please visit our web site for a description of Allan's book.
Thank you!
