Sorry,

I'm just too busy trying to sell our place ($130,000, 3 bdrm 1,3/4 bath, 2 car garage, 2.4 acres, orchard, small steelmaster barn, storm cellar, tons of perrenials, large garden, chicken coop, nice large windows, large kitchen) and make plans for the next home.  We're moving a few miles away to a larger home and larger acreage.

Here's a great article:  http://www.westonaprice.org/farming/nutrient-dense.html

I bought a refractometer and am seeing the poor quality of supermarket produce show itself by poor readings on this scale.  Haven't checked my garden stuff yet because this is my season to not garden, but plan my next gardens/orchard/livestock layout.  Though I do have some stuff out there growing from reseeding like fennel, asian greens, green onions, potatoes, and more, just am too busy cleaning the house and doing all the little finishing things like fixing grout, touch-up painting, packing.

Carrie
