I'd like to know who was writing that organics is "so hard", because they
don't know their butt from a hole in the ground. And I wonder what you'd
expect to find in any garden in mid-winter. Did you expect to see tools in
use and irrigation? And exactly how does winter compost show "signs of
neglect"? Aren't you supposed to "neglect" compost till it's time to use
it? Maybe you can clarify what you're driving at. If you have some hard
information about the Chadwick Garden and Center for Agroecology I'd like
to see it.
