Yes, you can make small quantities of Aerated Compost Tea with compost, molasses, and an aquarium pump.  I don't recall the proportions, but you should be able to find them on the net.

Subject: [Livingontheland] Worm Compost Tea Questions

Hi All,

I've been a lurker for a while and wanted to run a question past you
on on making worm compost tea. I have an aquarium and bubbler to
aerate the compost but have heard/read about providing a 'food' source
as well - such as molasses - has anyone done this?

I have Elaine Ingham's book but its a bit too scientific for my
simple, home application.

Any input appreciated.

-Kathleen
