No, Art, I don't miss anything. You made that point earlier but then the
Mounds thread went off on
a tangent that has little if any connection to our clear list description.
I explained that to three other people offlist. It so happens I disagree
about the reason for the demise of the moundbuilders, but I didn't want to
nitpick at the time you said it. You offered no evidence that it was
Mother Nature that wiped them out, nothing to suggest they were living
unsustainably. Most likely it was either invading Indian groups from
elsewhere or, if it occurred after 1492, it was US.
