Interesting, Mark. I saw a special on Arctic Russian family groups herding
reindeer. They live where the reindeer feed on lichen beneath the snow, and
all they eat and use come from their herds. It occurred to me that their
meat is so different from the meat we get. Consider what goes into the
beef and poultry marketed in this country, hormones, vaccines, excessive
oils or fats from grains, and pesticides concentrated in fatty tissue. Is
this good for us? So avoiding it may be the healthiest thing for us to do.

I'd question how healthy those Arctic peoples would be if they had to eat
the stuff in our stores. They're actually living on the land. We're living
on the Machine.
