This Jerry Baker guy-- I have seen a couple times.
yes, he is entertaining-- AND, at the same time, he
does get a person thinking about alternatives. Perhaps
the extension agents should look at the harmfull
information they put out!!! Anytype of education can
be good-- it is what a person does with that education
that carries the potential for harm or good. I have
an old publication here that belonged to my
Grandfather, a wannabe 'gentleman farmer' that tells
all sorts of ways to handle everything from creosote
bvuildup in the chimney to keeping animals behind
fences. I have the sence NOT to use some of the
suggestions, due to their toxic products. But others
would do any of us well in this day and age. They are
simple, effective ways of getting things done, without
spending a lot of money. The techniques take advantage
of the developing mindset of the Great Depression, and
shows ways to recycle one item that would be discarded
into something useful.
Maybe the critics of JArry Baker have been watching
too much of "whoever" that Louisiana Chef is!
Imbibing in a bit too much of the liquid flavoring!!!
