Perhaps the most effective thing that we can do - and all of
us can do this - is to support The Seed Saver's Exchange
(USA, but others can join also) or Seeds of Diversity
(Canada).

We can support the Seed Saver's Exchange by becoming members
(I am one), donating money, participating in seed saving and
seed exchanges, or even by buying seeds from their
(commercial) catalog. This is one way to be certain that
you are not getting GMO seed too.
