Darrigo's in Toronto (St Clair and Caledonia) has various sizes as well as all other equipment. Picked up one about 3 years ago; I don't remember the price, ($15 for a 22 litre jobbie?).

Don't know how their prices compare to others - I picked up most of mine from other peoples discards on garbage day.
