Hi Biz,
In looking at that chart, to balance all the groups of beneficial compounds in berries, that are commonly available, it would be;
Cranberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Hmmmm.... all tart fruit. Pomogranates are everywhere now, and I bet they are loaded too. They are acidic, and dark in color. Dark color is usually a sign of antioxidant content.
Look how poor white currants are on the chart.
Each of the three above fruits peeks in a different area of the chart.
Forget what mom said about your veggies, eat more fruit. Dark colored fruit.
