I've been down this path a couple different ways with just 2 computers. I did the single monitor with a Dual port DVI from IOGEAR GCS932UB which worked fine. They sell reasonable DVI/USB KVM's that work with hot keys. Then I got dual monitors and just used the KVM on one monitor and dual monitors for one machine. Then I started using Synergy to share the keyboard and mouse between the 2 separate monitors (one on each machine) http://synergy-foss.org This was even better, and I shared between OSX and Win7. If you have extra monitors it would be great but can do it on the laptop screens as well. Now that I no longer use anything Windows again I use Teleport to share the keyboard and mouse between 2 MacBookPros, one personal and one work. http://www.abyssoft.com/software/teleport/ On Dec 15, 2012, at 12:32 PM, Susan LaBarre <idodesignforchange AT gmail.com> wrote:
