The other day I stumbled upon the concept of coworking and I've been wondering if any of my INW pals have experience with it.

I've heard good things about the Carrboro Creative office. There's a coworking space about to open here in Asheville that I plan to subscribe to.
Coworking is intended to be an open-plan shared work space, a social work environment, a lot like doing work in a coffee shop but without the loud music and obligatory bagel & beverage purchase. It is a good intermediate step between working from home and renting an office.
