At webperformance.com we're in the process of redesigning our back-end, which is currently inadequate for the task. I've got a separate CRM system that doesn't integrate with accounting, which doesn't integrate with the website which doesn't integrate with the shopping cart. The data entry that needs to be done is complicated and boring, and the last person I hired to do it recently quit. Rather than spend time training someone else, I'd rather automate as much of the process as possible. The frustrating bit is our business model isn't that unique. Customers buy software licenses in our shopping cart, and I want them to be able to download the software license keys online, and have this info show up in a CRM system and the accounting software. Can anyone make a recommendation? Salesforce.com? _________________________________________________________
