Hello all -

I've got an unfortunate situation with a (former) business client who
refuses to pay me. I've decided that I'd rather outsource the
collection than wrangle with it myself. The business has the means to
pay but is just ducking me. (Change the first vowel in the
second-to-last word of that sentence for a more colorful and accurate
description of the situation.) Can anyone recommend a good collection
agency?

I sure do hate collection agents, but I guess there are times when they
are necessary. I'm looking for someone who can professionally and
calmly create a little hell for this person. You know, cruel but fair.
Thanks!

Thomas
