Does Linux play a role in any movie out there?  I can't recall ever seeing a screenshot of a Linux machine.  My favorite screenshot is probably still Arnold The Govenator booting up the Windows machine that makes the Mac OS 9 boot sound in True Lies.

I know Linux plays a roll behind the scenes.  It's funny that a lot of independant movies are edited on a Mac machine using Final Cut Pro while most large-budget studio films are cut on an Avid running Windows and big-buget animated features use clustered Linux to render the shots.

I haven't seen it, but I heard that "Rob Roy" has the best swordfighting scene ever.

I recently discovered a guy flick quite by accident.... Being rather
fond of swashbucklers, I bought the "Master and Commander, The Far
Side of the World" CD on special.... I wasn't too fond of it, as it is
bloody and full of fights and other gross stuff and you only see a
total of, like, four women (for, like, 10 seconds as they are paraded
past the ship with other wares for sale). The battle scenes were
horrifying, the sword fights were vicious. My husband was mesmerized.
I think it may even beat out "The 13th Warrior" for having the least
appeal to a female mindset... Russell Crowe is no Antonio Banderas! As
for the car flicks -- I kind of liked Vanishing Point, way back when
it first came out, but not enough to watch it a second time, FWIW....
