Did everyone miss this the first time, or am I just not cool enough :-(

As far as I know there isn't a good answer. We're using Mailman to communicate with customers, and it was never designed for that. Mailman is for discussion lists, and all I need is:

1. Something to send email directly to customers.
2. Easily allow them to change their minds and unsubscribe from a single click in the email.

Everything else, like keeping track of how many emails bounce, and how many get read is just gravy.
