Dave,
You can try doing a host -laT to try to force a zone transfer, but
most properly configured names servers will limit zone transfers to a
specific host. What you are trying to do is a bad thing from a DNS
administrators stand point. Generally speaking you do not want to
make it easy for people to get a list of servers on your domain name.
