Try canit from http://www.roaringpenguin.com/index.php I use their
open source version mimedefang. Mimedefang still has to call
spamassisin, I believe canit uses spamassassin under the hood, but
isolates you from managing it. Also cannit adds a whole web
interface. Plus they announced a little while ago that canit is free
for < 50 people.
