I do love it.
I am glad to discover Flickr too, it seems pretty cool.

The Tamron seems to be pretty good for me (being pretty amateur
anyway) for what I paid (I think 200 bucks). It was new.

I will probably end up getting more zoom lenses as I go along, for now
though I'm happy with the kit (18-70) and the zoom (70-300).
