If this is the performance shop between Fayetteville and Roxboro off
147 (durham Freeway)
they made my car look like new - Allstate has a similar thing. If you
go to their preferred
auto repair all you have to do is drop off the car. You don't have to
file anything and
the check is cut directly to the repair shop.
That was my Saturn (someone backed into my drivers door)
