"An ingeniously simple tool, WASTE allows anyone with a computer and a Net
connection to set up private peer-to-peer networks over the Internet.
While not explicitly made for illicit file sharing, WASTE essentially
provides a protected space for up to 50 users, where instant messaging,
group chat and file sharing can all be accomplished anonymously under the
cover of weapons-grade encryption. Only your cohorts on the network know
it's there, and no one outside can tell exactly what's going on within its
virtual walls. New members need to be brought in by someone already on the
network and authenticated using an encryption key."
