then again, look what the rest of the developed world gets....great public transit, great other stuff, great gas mileage (esp with diesel, its a LOT higher quality than crappy #2)....anyway....yeah, its BS on someones part that the gsa is so expensive.

I don't get how a price increase of a few cents a barrel can end up being several cents per gallon....that defies logic to me...

Since it is the producers and brokers who are providing explanation a) to the news media, I can't quite decide.

I know that I shouldn't be whining, since our gasoline prices are but a fraction of what the rest of the developed world pays. But it still pisses me off.
