When I got two calls over two days following up on recent customer service
experiences, I had to laugh at how silly the questions were and ended up
writing my own script below.

- SL

Please rate the following questions on a scale from 1 - 10. 1 being the
worst, 10 being the best.
How would you rate the manner in which I answered the phone ?
How would you rate my mood ?
Once you identified yourself as a telemarketer, how would you rate my mood ?
Was it easy for you to tell I was happy or angry to receive your call ?
How would you rate my level of interest in continuing our conversation ?
How would you rate me as the nicest person you've talked to today ?
How would you rate me as the worst person you've talked to today ?
How would you rate my ability to answer simple questions ?
How would you rate this experience as the weirdest conversation you've had
while working in telemarketing ?
How would you rate this experience as the funniest conversation you've had
while working in telemarketing ?
How would you rate your level of interest in pursuing career advancement in
the telemarketing industry ?
How long have you worked as a telemarketer ?
