Maybe I can help here.

"Menudo": probably "menudos" or "menudillos". Yes, it's tripe. It tastes
better than it sounds. Yes, really. (what's in a hotdog? what's in a
burger?). In Madrid (Spain), there's a very good dish called "callos"
and it's a spicy stew based on tripe. It's gooooood.

"Menu": This is menu.

Also, "Menudo" was a boy-band from Mexico with underaged teens. And, as
Dave says, Ricky Martin was once part of Menudo. Think of "Menudo" of a
"NSync-meets-the-80s" kind-of-thing.
