WebSpere environment is critical to successful candidates skills in meeting
the challenge of this position. Vendor applications to be integrated into
the Portal are Siemans SMS Invision, American Management Software?s Sovera
for PFS and HR, Lawson, HBOC?s Trendstar, FileNet, and Ontario Systems CT
Vision?s Billing and Collections System. Successful candidate will have

six months of the experience requirement. · PATIENT AND CLINICAL SYSTEM o
Full-time, Days, , 8:00am-5:00pm This position will lead projects and work
as team member to implement, test and support integrated clinical
applications such as intensive care/med/surg nursing documentation and an

entry in a complex healthcare environment. A working knowledge or an
experience with Siemens Invision OAS Building for Order Entry and OAS Gold
Form applications preferred. o Full-time, Days, 8:00am-5:00pm This position
will work within a team of programmer analysts to develop, implement and
support ICO (In-house Computing Option) Siemens Medical Systems
applications, i.e. Patient Management, Order Entry, OAS Gold, Resource
Scheduling, Patient Accounting, SUT upgrades, and Dayend. Mainframe

COMPUTER TRAINER - 6150 Minimum Salary $37,449
Requires graduation from a four-year college or university with a
degree in
adult education, business administration, or a closely related field; or
graduation from high school and four years of experience in the use of or
presentation of training courses for the particular software packages or
programming languages; or an equivalent combination of training and
experience. · NURSING INFORMATICS o Full-time, Days, 8:00am-5:00pm Position
coordinates Health Unit Coordinator orientation, inservices, and annual
competencies. Develops and maintains HUC orientation manual. Provides
computer training for nurses and HUCs on clinical and administrative
systems. Strongly prefer candidates with background in adult education,
instructional design, and development of alternate learning media such as
computer based training. Prefer candidates experienced with clinical and

HELP DESK SUPERVISOR - 6570 Minimum Salary $37,449

Weekends, some weekend coverage required, 8:00am-4:30pm HELPDESK SUPERVISOR:
Will be responsible for providing a highly effective front line support team
for all Information services customers. Will manage the daily activity of
the Helpdesk, responsibilities to include but not limited to administration

INFORMATION PROCESSING ASSISTANT - 4609 Minimum Salary

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS o Full-time, Days, 7:00am-4:00pm,with occasional
overtime/flexibility Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at
least six months data processing experience. This position has two primary
roles: 1) Provide maintenance/updates of external physician data in the
master physician file (PRDOC); 2) Serve as assistant to the Information
Systems Manager(ISM). This involves first line basic technical support to
users and call center information systems. This position requires the
ability to install, operate, and maintain a variety of computer hardware and
peripheral devices, basic knowledge of phone systems, and preparation of
ad-hoc database requests, along with ability to concentrate, over extended
periods of time, on detailed data for accuracy. Data security,
confidentiality and respect for patient privacy as well as ability to handle
call center emergency procedures in a professional manner are essential.
Occasional overtime, nights and weekends as dictated by the 24/7 nature of
the call center information systems. This position occasionally assists the
ISM with on-call technical support.

IT BUSINESS ANALYST - 6354 Minimum Salary $46,607
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Management, or a related field, and one year of progressive experience in
computer programming; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· PATIENT ACCOUNTS o Full-time, Days, Rotating, , 8:00am-5:00pm This
position will be a member of a cross-functional team charged with managing
improvement initiatives across the Patient Financial Services business unit.
Data analysis, reporting, project management, and presentation skills are
essential, along with experience in health care revenue cycle operations.
Exposure to PFS computer applications, strong personal computing skills, and
effective oral and written communication skills are also required. o
Full-time, Days, 8:00am-5:00pm This position will assist in the development
and publication of technical documentation pertaining to Patient Financial
Services. Experience in process re-design, business process analysis, and
technical writing and publication is a must. Preferred candidate will have
health care experience and exposure to web authoring and publication tools.
This position will interface with training and system development staff and
play a significant role in PFS System's documentation and policy and
procedure development.

PRODUCTION CONTROL SUPERVISOR - 6001 Minimum Salary $37,449
Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or a
closely
related field and two years of data processing experience, or an equivalent
combination of training and experience. · COMPUTER OPERATIONS o Full-time,
Days, 8:00am-5:00am Minimum of four years of MVS and JES experience on IBM
or compatible mainframe platform. Knowledge of TSO, JCL, CA-Scheduler, VTAM
and IBM utilities required. Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft
products (Word, Project, Outlook, etc). Must have excellent oral and written
communication skills. Knowledge of Change Control processes, report
distribution system, proven supervisory experience, and at least a two year
technical degree desired.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN SR. - 6251 Minimum Salary
$46,607
Requires a two-year Associates Degree and three years experience in
maintenance, installation and repair of telecommunications equipment
including experience in communications and networking environments or
equivalent combination of training and experience. · COMMUNICATIONS o
Full-time, Days, 7:30am-4:00pm Must be fully trained to install Meridian
Norstar telecommunications systems, equipment and wiring. Ability to
diagnosis and repair troubles on all communication equipment, systems
hardware and software required. Meridian I training and certification
considered a plus.
