We currently have Sprint, but they don't seem to let you modify/add anything

Not only that, but apparently its impossible to get out of the 1 year contract even if your situation changes. When we moved to Chapel Hill the Sprint coverage for our house was poor-- the sound would drop out every 5 seconds on a regular basis. But Sprint refused to let us out of the contract because there technically was coverage in the sense you could make a phone call. When I canceled the contract they tried to charge me a $300 cancelation fee, when the contract said the fee was $150.
