This is the place: http://tinyurl.com/1m8k
The house is perfect for someone who has masonry, electrical, construction,
restoration, and carpentry experience, is willing to do most of the work
themselves, has lots of tools, and isn't in a hurry.
Luckily, that describes me pretty well these days. ;-)
Built in 1900, it has 12' ceilings in the main part of the house, and it's
completely original except for the bumpout on the right, which is a bathroom
(the only one) added in 1952. It's on 2/3 acre, has a finished *basement*
(all northerners on list begin drooling), a tight roof, and is 2 miles from
work.
I'm in love.
