Looking for advice.

I've recently been tasked to map a website that is managed by a whole bunch
of people. There has been bad folder structure lumped on top of bad folder
structure for a number of years now. Pages on serves people forgot are still
live. The goal is to determine how bad things really are in order to develop
a plan for a re-design. My question is, does anyone know of an application
that can map a site and provide the following data: Link paths, broken
links, page name, file type, (i.e. html, PDF & doc)?

I've been playing with Black Widow but it doesn't seem to able to
print/export reports or distinguish between links within a URL and
external links. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Does anyone have suggestions of contact mgt software, compatible w/Windows
& Palm or Blackberry? I've got a large ACT file I'm currently using. ACT
does have great features, when they work, but it's becoming more & more
unstable, and I want to see what's available.
Thanks

I just switched from Act! to Daylite from www.marketcircle.com, but its
an OSX only product. There just isn't much available that has the same
feature set as Act! but doesn't crash every day.

I also looked into www.salesforce.com, which was interesting, but
doesn't support email the way Act! does. There's also an interesting
open source alternative written in Java at
http://sellwincrm.sourceforge.net/ which I would have tried had I known
about it.

Randy Whitmeyer with Hutchison & Mason is terrific. He has a B.S. in
Computer Science, which he used for several years before going back to
school to become a lawyer. He's helped me with many contracts of a variety
of types. He's also a really nice, smart, funny guy.

His email address is: rwhitmeyer AT hutchlaw.com

Good luck.
