That's a heck of a schedule; have y'all considered hiring two part-time
caregivers rather than one full time?

Also, you might have some luck calling some of the retirement communities in
the area (Springmoor comes to mind - they're excellent) and asking if they
could recommend a service to you, or give you the names of some of the
caregivers who sit with their residents. Your sister far from elderly, of
course, but much of the care seems similar, so it might be worth a shot.
