since B had noted how using her email address to send spam was a form of
"identity theft" i thought some might be interested in something from todays
News & Observer. on the front page of the Connect section (F) is "Spam leaves
bad taste in users' minds."

in it, R. James Wooley (former director of the CIA) complains about having
his
email addy used for the same thing. and whaddya know, he refers to it as "a
small version of identity theft."

will this lead to a flood of ineffective and unenforceable legislation?
discuss amongst yourselves.
dave ;)
p.s. it is right next to an article on how great Macintosh is. word.
