Yup, they're scum. And - hey, whaddya know? ICANN doesn't seem to be
doing anything about it. I get spam (on the order of 50/day) letting
me know about the ".INFO and .BIZ land rush", my friends have their
domains stolen, etc. It's a nightmare, and it's not going to get better.

The URL above refers to a domain registration theft (two, actually),
not to the sleazy "renew now" letters. For those who know Leslie
Harpold, Smug, or any of her other writings, you may want to read
this. It's an appalling tale.
