I'm not quite sure where the "neighborhood" is, but I am guessing
Durham, and I wanted to warn you I used to have service from AT&T up
until the end of last year, and the digital service area seemed to end
at the borders of RTP, and once I headed into Durham, I was lucky to get
a poor analog connection.
