Many of the ATM's used to run on OS2, what happened and why would anyone in
their right mind chnage to use IE for an ATM application - oh yeah,
management was too dumb and bought the M$BS hook, line and sinker :=(

FYI:

Most of ATM units in Spain run on OS/2

Yes. Really. OS/2 is still alive (and well) on the Spanish Banking System.

A few used to run WindowsCE or something similar... until Y2K, when they all
crashed, even after getting all the possible patchs. Shortly after, they
started to switch to something else. Not sure what. OS/2? *nix thing?
