Hmmmm……..I
have to pipe in here! This
usability issue is EXACTLY what Reactive Search (our company) is all about—changing
the behavior of shopping online
And it work especially well for those products such as shoes—where there
are MANY to choose from, where subtle differences are important to the shopper,
and where, most importantly, a shopper want to do actually BROWSE the product selection
before deciding exactly what to buy. Our
catalog navigation feature and process provide this -
avoids the all-to-common problems having to decide
exactly which type before browsing (trendy, dressy, etc.) -
it allows the shopper to respond the a handful of
products (“Oh just like that shoe,
but what about a different color, size, etc.”) -
ACTUALLY MAKES BROWSING FOR PRODUCTS EASY AND FUN Ju

thought I’d let everyone know! Frank P.S. Sorry
we haven’t been to meetings lately…..there always seems to be a conflict these
last few months! --------------------------------------------- Frank Paolino CTO Reactive Search fpaolino AT reactivesearch.com 919-490-3255 -----Original
