Note that the town name remains the same, as in "Chapel Hill-style",
without the first dash between "Chapel" and "Hill" - you wouldn't say
"New-York-style" since "New" and "York" are a singular part of a
name. Now, "bar-be-que-style" *is* correct (though god PLEASE don't let
this start into a BBQ war...) since bar-be-que is an accepted variant of
"barbeque".
