Actually, there was a recent thread about this on
triangle.onlin-access.
Apparently they are out of beta and into production in some areas. I
have
had my cable modem for a couple of months now; they have not started
billing
me for it yet so I am assuming that my area [Five Pts] is still in beta
testing.

I have been in continuous contact with a woman named Twila, who is never
too
busy to speak to me. The main problem they have is that everyone who is
beta testing is telling their friends, so the friends are calling asking
how
they can get service. =) That, and they are still training their techs
on
how it all works.

I love my SDSL, but the cable modem is a nice backup.
