FYI,
this is a group of web developer types who are more interested in
programming issues. It tends to be a significant amount of Microsoft
integration rather than Unix. This is not a "pretty graphics on the web"
type of group, but more software engineering, coding, Javascript,
database integration, etc stuff. They do a number of different topics
though. The computer SIG of IEEE has joined together with this group for
meetings. Food and "soft" drinks are normally on hand (sometimes pizza).
They are sponsored by Wrox books so there are normally give aways at
meetings of books, tshirts, etc.
The group meets at 5:30pm on the first Wednesday of most months at
Research Triangle Institute in the middle of RTP (Dreyfus Auditorium).
Guests are very welcome and I thought some of you might be interested.
See http://www.triwebdev.org/ for more information.

Enjoy, Roger Austin
