You need special equipment to extract the oils and the seeds are
tiny. I don't know if you could make a tincture or not. Might
contact someone who makes them and find out if the oil is something
that is extracted in a tincture.
HOWEVER, there are potential side effects with EPO. I'd read up on
them before messing with them.
