You might notice that the animation as done has some of its torque provided
by buoyancy! When the chamber rounds the bottom, it's already become
somewhat hollow, causing an upward buoyant force on it!
You can easily use the animation to picture a Jones wheel. Imagine that one
chamber is a blackbottle and the opposite one is a flexible float, and there
are at least twice as many, so that there's always at least one float in the
fourth quadrant, submerged but rising. Suppose that the dark color of floats
in the second quadrant represents air heated by the sun; likewise, that the
light color of the rising ones represents an inflated float.
