Hi,

After reading how James does his planting I thought he might enjoy reading
these ideas that were presented to a friend of mine who is gardening to
provide most of her own food for the first time. She got these thoughts from
a friend of hers who has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen.

Hold the focus for the plant as planting .

She uses this Mantra to hold focus while she plants ... her intent for the
seed so the seed will get what it is to do . root, stem, leaf, bud, flower,
fruit .

And Elizabeth puts the seed packet in the bed when first planted because she
says that in the soil, the seed does not know/remember what it is . is to be
. and the packet with picture in particular helps hold the energetic focus
for the seed ...

Ask the seeds who wants to be planted today . the answer, intuition,
inspiration is not subject to the logical mind . and it never comes with a
'should' attached ...

Waxing moon . plant above ground plants, until 2-3 days before the full moon.

If you plant above ground plants 2-3 days before the full moon, they will
experience an energy shift that will put them on 'tilt' . and takes energy to
recover from. i.e., the shift from waxing moon to waning moon.

Waning moon for plants that grow below ground. Below ground plants, if
planted 2-3 days prior to new moon, will go on tilt, experiencing the change
in energy focus .

3 days before the full moon and to full moon, boost by watering. At this
time, because of the energy of the moon, the plants are 'growing' 24 hrs for
these days . i.e., not resting .
