No offense intended to anyone who doesn't celebrate the holidays...BUT

Merry Christmas!! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Kwanzaa!

And since I am closer to Ft. Payne, AL than to Atlanta, here ya go...
I'm singing it right now<g>

Alabama's "Christmas in Dixie"

By now in New York City.
There's snow on the ground.
And out in California.
The sunshine's falling down.
And maybe down in Memphis, Graceland's all in lights.
And in Atlanta, Georgia, there's peace on earth tonight.

Christmas in Dixie, its snowing in the pines.
Merry Christmas from Dixie to everyone tonight.

Its windy in Chicago.
The kids are out of school.
There's magic in Motown.
The city's on the move.
In Jackson, Mississippi to Charlotte, Caroline.
And all across the Nation, its a peaceful Christmas time.

Christmas in Dixie, its snowing in the pines.
Merry Christmas from Dixie, to everyone tonight.
And from Fort Payne, Alabama..Merry Christmas tonight.

Bev in NW Georgia, where is is currently sleeting with a bit of snow
mixed in!

The true significance of Sacajawea's involvement in the Lewis & Clark
expedition is that it was the first documented trip in history where men
asked a woman for directions and followed them, allowing them to arrive
at their destination.
