The biggest increases seem to be in the states that have the least water. Then everyone complains about the 'water crisis'. If people would go where the water was, there wouldn't be a crisis.

I know some people besides myself find this stuff interesting.
There is a chart under this paragraph that shows the population
gain/loss for an eight year period (2000-2008)
