Not a specific tape, but look for one that is called, or has in the title,
Chi Quong (soemtimes spelled, Chi Gong, or Qi Gong, or any such attempt at
transliteration).

'Tai' means 'extreme' or 'great'. And of curse 'chi' or 'qi' is the vital
life force. So "Tai Chi" is the formal form of the exercise and art from.
Add
the word 'Chuan' (fist) to it and Tai Chi Chuan is the martial arts form.

'Quong' or 'Qan' or 'Gong' means 'practice' and is the form of Tai Chi to
achieve the flow and purging of the Chi in a much more informal way.
