No, I just buy it in Mexico where you can get a large bottle for next to nothing that will last for years. It has a hint of cinnamon in it, and has always tasted better than the standard stuff you buy in the store.--Sage

A friend who told me about this only uses one large bean, even vanilla beans
are pretty pricey these days. Also thought a bottle of homemade extract
would make a nice Christmas gift for local baker friends.
