It's the Gaelic spelling, It's still pronounced Patrick. Or more to the
point, Patrick is the English transliteration of the Gaelic Padruig. Just
like
the word Sgian (which means 'knife') is transliterated as Skeen which is how
it
is pronounced in either spelling.
