Other incidents of journalists being jailed have made the news in times
past. As a result, many states have shield laws for journalists, but there
is no federal law. I'm betting the Republicans will investigate passing such
a law, now that it's apparent that it isn't just commie, pinko, liberals who
can be detained.

Poor Judy, stuck in jail while her husband takes a cruise... of course, I
doubt she's suffering like the early Christians.

This isn't a precedent. Journalists have gone to jail before for not
revealing sources. This one just happens to be making the news.
